- Безопасность на занятиях! Каждое упражнение подбирается с учетом подготовки ребенка. На занятиях всегда страхуют.
- Опыт в спорте — 15 лет. Мастер спорта по ушу.
- Опыт тренерской работы — 5 лет. Умею находить подход к самым скромным и самым активным детям.
- Специализация на гамаках — 3 года. Прошла специальное обучение и постоянно совершенствуюсь в направлении воздушной йоги для детей.

Ваш ребенок сутулится за уроками и не выпускает из рук телефон?
Йога в гамаках — это веселое хобби, которое решит проблемы с осанкой, укрепит тело, подарит гибкость и прибавит уверенность.
Не просто занятие, а продуманная система развития вашего ребенка.
Всего за 60 минут ваш ребенок получает: полноценную физическую нагрузку, развитие гибкости и силы, море положительных эмоций и навык расслабления.
Шаг 2: Растяжка в гамаках
Используем гамак как тренажер для мягкой и безопасной растяжки. Улучшаем гибкость всего тела, делаем первые несложные позы.
Шаг 3: Силовые упражнения
Укрепляем мышцы рук, ног и самого главного — мышечного корсета спины. Формируем сильную и ровную осанку.
Шаг 4: Упражнения на гибкость спины
Аккуратно и под контролем тренера выполняем упражнения для здоровья позвоночника: висим вверх ногами, скручиваемся, вытягиваемся.
Шаг 5: Акробатические элементы
Самое интересное! Осваиваем безопасные кувырки, перевороты и «полеты» в гамаке. Все строго со страховкой и под руководством тренера.
Шаг 6: Релаксация и отдых
Завершаем занятие расслаблением. Ребенок заворачивается в гамак, как в кокон, учится дыханию и отдыхает. Это снимает напряжение и приучает тело к восстановлению.
